LIP BLUSH

Lip blush, also known as lip tattooing or lip staining, is a semi-permanent cosmetic procedure that involves depositing pigments using a fine needle into the upper dermal layer of the lip to enhance their natural color and shape. It can give the lips a more defined and fuller appearance, and the color typically lasts longer than traditional lipstick. The procedure is done by our trained professionals using a tattooing technique specifically designed for the lips.

This information is provided to ensure that there is minimal bleeding during the tattooing procedure.
* Do not consume any caffeine or alcohol for 24 hours before your appointment. Do not take fish oils for a week before your treatment. Caffeine, alcohol & fish oils act as a blood thinner, causing you to potentially bleed during the process. This will stop the cosmetic tattoo pigment from holding in the skin during the tattoo process!
* Keep your lips well exfoliated and moisturized everyday for
ONE WEEK leading up to your appointment. You can D.I.Y your own lip scrub by using 1 bsp of sugar and 1 tsp of your chosen oil(olive/coconut oil). This allows the pigment to go into the skin easily, as well as the numbing cream to be effective.
* Facials & skin peels should be avoided for one week pre & post tattooing.
* Lip filler should be done 1 month before or 2 months after your lip blush appointment.
* You may experience hypersensitivity and more pain around or before your menstrual cycle.

The longevity of lip blush can vary depending on factors such as your skin type, lifestyle, and how well you care for your lips.

On average, lip blush typically lasts between 1 to 3 years before it starts to fade. However, some people may experience longer-lasting results, while others may notice fading sooner.
Touch-up sessions can help maintain the color and shape of the lips for a longer period.

The whole process takes about 4 hours.
At Bbrowx by Amore we are using an organic non-toxic coloring that is made from plants.
The Lip Blush process is almost painless. Our artists will apply numbing cream before proceeding with the lip embroidery. If you feel any form of discomfort, kindly inform our artist immediately. We will reapply the numbing cream to minimize any form of discomfort.
The peeling phase after a lip blush procedure usually lasts around 3 to 4 days, but it can vary from person to person. During this time, the treated area may appear dry, flaky, and may shed some of the pigment. It’s important to keep the lips moisturized and follow any post-care instructions provided by your technicians to ensure proper healing and minimize discomfort. After the peeling phase, the color will gradually settle, and you’ll see the final results of the lip blush procedure.
Swelling after a lip blush procedure can vary from person to person, but it typically peaks within the first 24 to 48 hours and gradually subsides over the next few days. In most cases, significant swelling should resolve within 3 to 5 days after the procedure. However, some individuals may experience minimal swelling or none at all, while others may have slightly longer-lasting swelling. Applying cold compresses and following any post-procedure care instructions provided by your technician can help minimize swelling and promote faster healing.

EYEBROW EMBROIDERY

Eyebrow embroidery is a technique used to enhance the appearance of eyebrows by depositing pigment into the skin using fine, hair-like strokes. It’s a semi-permanent procedure that aims to create fuller, more defined brows that look natural. This method is popular for filling in sparse areas, reshaping the brows, or achieving a more symmetrical look. The results typically last for one to three years, offering a low-maintenance solution for those seeking beautifully enhanced brows.

At Bbrowx By Amore, we offer 4 different types of eyebrow embroidery:

Ombre microshading

• This method uses stippling technique to deposit pigment into the skin which gives a soft shaded effect that resembles the look of makeup.

Results: Great for achieving a fuller, more defined brow with a soft, powdery finish.

Microblading

• This method uses needles to scratch and deposit pigments under the skin, creating hair-like strokes that mimic natural eyebrows.

Results: It’s a semi-permanent solution to sparse or thin eyebrows, giving a fuller and more defined appearance.

Ombre Microblading

• This method uses a mixture of microblading and ombre microshading technique. Giving your brows a soft, shaded look that fades from light to dark.

Results: Making your eyebrows look fuller and more defined without looking harsh or drawn-on.

NANOBLADING

• This method uses tiny, fine needles to apply pigment under the skin. It is similar to microblading but uses even finer needles for more precise and detailed results.

Result: Making your eyebrows look fuller and more defined without looking harsh or drawn-on.

The whole process takes about 2-3 hours.
On average, eyebrow embroidery can last between 1 to 2 years. The longevity depends on factors such as skin type, aftercare, and individual lifestyle. Regular touch-ups can help maintain the desired look.

  1.   Consultation: Our artist will discuss your desired eyebrow shape, colour, and style, taking into account our natural brows and facial structure/ features.
  2.   Design: Our artist draws the proposed eyebrow shape and ensures your satisfaction with the design.
  3.   Preparation: Once the shape is confirmed, our artist will clean your eyebrows and apply numbing cream. Numbing cream application duration: 20 Mins)
  4.   Embroidery: After the numbing cream is set, our artist will remove the excess and using a fine blade/needle, they will start depositing pigments into skin.
  5.   Aftercare: At the end of the process, soothing ointments will be applied to speed up the healing process. Our Artist will provide after care guidelines to ensure proper healing.

The process is almost painless. Our artists will apply numbing cream before proceeding. If you feel any form of discomfort, kindly inform our artist immediately. We will reapply the numbing cream to minimize any form of discomfort.

Generally, you should avoid applying makeup or drawing on your eyebrows for at least 1 to 2 weeks. This allows the pigment to settle and the skin to heal properly. Once fully healed, you may apply makeup as usual.

Approximately after 3 – 7 days, the skin will dry up and the scab will start to peel off. Avoid peeling or scratching the scab as it may hinder the healing process. Also, intentionally peeling the scab removes the color deposited onto the eyebrows.

For 1 – 2 days, your eyebrows will appear darker and bolder.

This is due to the oxidation of the color pigment.

Approximately after 3 – 5 days, your eyebrows will look lighter from the first session as your skin heals over the pigment.

Permanent Eyebrow Embroidery: Pigment is deposited deeper into the skin, resulting in longer-lasting results that can last several years. However, the color may fade over time and require occasional touch-ups.

Semi-Permanent Eyebrow Embroidery: Pigment is applied closer to the skin’s surface, lasting about 1 to 2 years. It fades more naturally over time, allowing for more flexibility if you want to change the shape or style of your brows.

It is best to come back 1 and a half months after the first session for a touch-up, so that your eyebrow embroidery will last longer. After that you may come for touchups whenever you feel necessary.

I have uneven patches on my new eyebrow embroider!!!

This is a very normal and natural effect. Depending on an individual’s skin type (oily, combination, normal etc), the skin may not fully absorb all the color applied. Hence, we would highly recommend a touch-up 1 and half month after the session.

EYELINER TATTOO

An eyeliner tattoo is a cosmetic procedure where pigment is tattooed along the lash line to create the appearance of eyeliner. It’s a semi-permanent makeup technique that can enhance the eyes, define the lash line, and give the illusion of fuller lashes. During the process, your lashes are lifted and curled using a special solution that contains keratin, a protein that helps strengthen and condition the lashes. This treatment gives your lashes a more lifted, voluminous look without the need for eyelash extensions or mascara.

It’s a great option for those looking for a low-maintenance way to enhance their natural lashes.

Keratin Lash Lift is a treatment that helps to open up the eye area without using mascara or an eyelash curler. This treatment instantly lifts and separates your eyelashes without using any harsh chemicals.

On average, our Keratin Lash Lift treatment can last between 6- 8 weeks depending on factors such as your natural lash growth cycle, and your lifestyle habits. Regular maintenance appointments can help prolong the results.

We strongly urge that customers avoid such activities right after the treatment. Avoid getting the lash wet or soak in water for the first 24 hours.

Avoid using any oil-based product on your lashes as it can weaken the lift. Try not to rub, get your lashes wet or use product on them for 24 hours after treatment. Always remember to remove eye makeup gently with a non-oily remover. Gently brush your lashes daily with a lash brush.
